MEET OUR TEAM
Cordell is an internationally certified Project Manager, Change Manager, Workforce Strategic Planner and Life and Business Coach and Trainer , with a BSc. In Management and Economics and MSc in Management Information Systems. She has over 18 years of combined experience in process analysis, project management, strategic planning and change management. She has worked for some of the top brands in Jamaica and the Caribbean including Digicel and National Housing Trust. She is also an author, song writer and motivational speaker and Ambassador to Jamaica’s Governor General’s (GG) I Believe Initiative and Governor General Achievement Award Recipient for 2018.
